Eligibility Screening

Please answer the questions below to help determine whether you are eligible for the OT-CARES research study. Your responses will be kept confidential and used only for study screening.

1.Are you 18 years of age or older?
2.Do you currently provide unpaid care or support to a family member living with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia (ADRD)?
3.Can you read and understand English well enough to complete the study materials?
4.Do you have access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection?
5.Can you independently access and complete a self-paced online program?
6.Is the caregiving you provide exclusively part of a paid professional job?
7.Are you currently experiencing a mental health crisis that could make participation difficult or unsafe?
8.Do you currently have a severe or unstable psychiatric condition that could interfere with reflective journaling?
9.Do you have a cognitive, intellectual, or learning condition that would prevent you from understanding the study, giving informed consent, or completing the materials independently?
10.Is there any other reason you would be unable to safely and independently participate in this digital program?
